: One lawsuit will do nicely. The theory is this: the tortfeaser is liable for all consequences which flow from his negligent act(s). Even if the operations to "fix" were performed by another surgeon, the wrongdoer is liable for the consequences. I wonder if there is some fraud involved. Why on earth would she continue to go to this doctor after knowing he erred?

It was unknown at first and for several months
follwing that an erroror act of negligence had been committed. Also, it ws done by a health
care etwork Dr.. The surgeries were performed
at a well known teaching hospital, and were performed by the assistant professor of
internal medicine.
