Client in no fault auto. Hit on front door, driver's side by vehicle turning left. Next day, pain in L hip, neck, upper back. Examined W/in 24 hrs. by GP No recommendation, no meds. 2 mos. later, sought treatment from Chiro for Neck, Upper back and R shoulder. Treated for 2 mos., released. Pain diminished freq/intensity, but not gone. 1 mo. later, pain freq/intensity increased, so more treatments for same, but chiro noted lumbro sacral spasm for 1st time.
Question: Can lumbro sacral spasm be accident related, either because of delayed reaction or caused by change of posture and movement caused by pain in neck and upper back.
